This Policy applies to Students, Parents, Teachers, and Admins, and is written to align with the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. If you are a Parent registering a Student, your acceptance of this Policy also covers the processing of your child's information as set out in Section 3.

We retain account and activity information for as long as the account remains active, and for a reasonable period thereafter to allow for historical progress records and Sangh-level reporting, unless a Parent requests earlier deletion of their child's data or a User requests deletion of their own account. Deletion requests are actioned within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal retention obligations.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — including role-based access controls, so that Users only see data relevant to their role and Sangh — to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No system is completely secure, and we encourage Users to safeguard their own login credentials.
