These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Gyankriyabhyam Moxah website and mobile application (together, the "App"), operated by Shree JagadAnand Trust ("Trust", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using the App, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are a parent or guardian registering a child as a Student, you agree to these Terms on the child's behalf as described in Section 5.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App in any capacity — whether as a Student, Parent, Teacher, or Admin — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Gyankriyabhyam Moxah is a religious activity tracking application built for the Jain Shwetambar Murtipujak community. It allows Students to log and track participation in the five Panchachar activities, allows Parents and Teachers to monitor and support that participation, and allows Sangh-level Admins to oversee activity across the participating Ahmedabad Sanghs. The App may include a leaderboard feature intended to encourage consistent participation.
The App supports four user roles:
You must provide accurate information when registering for any role. Access to certain roles may be restricted or approved at the discretion of the Trust or the relevant Sangh Admin.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at shreejagadanandtrust@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
We recognise that many Students using this App are minors. Where a Student is under 18 years of age:

Activity logs, notes, and any other information Students, Parents, or Teachers submit through the App ("User Content") remain associated with the submitting Student's record. By submitting User Content, you confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and you grant the Trust a limited licence to store, display, and process it within the App solely to operate the App's features (including progress tracking and leaderboards).
The App may display dual leaderboards reflecting Student participation across Sanghs. Leaderboard placement is based solely on logged activity data and is intended to encourage participation, not to rank individuals for any purpose outside the App. The Trust may adjust leaderboard rules, visibility, or scoring methodology at its discretion.
All App design elements, branding, and underlying software are owned by or licensed to the Trust and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without prior written permission.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable care in operating the App, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of data loss. The App is a participation-tracking tool and does not itself constitute religious guidance; Users should rely on their Sangh, Teachers, and community elders for guidance on religious practice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Trust and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the App, including loss of data or interruption of service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App for any User — including a Student account and its linked Parent access — if these Terms are violated, if required for child-safety reasons, or if a Sangh Admin requests removal of a user affiliated with that Sangh.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the App or via the contact details on file. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
